A fresh new duo with producers Tibor
Tomecko (Czech Republic) and Jordan Tobias (Australia). After the huge success
of their first single ‘After Tomorrow’ appearing on A State Of Trance 2020 year
mix by Armin van Buuren, and being chosen as ASOT’s Tune Of The Week, the duo
formed Crowd+Ctrl.
Their first official single ‘Hush’ stirred
the calm waters of electronic music, boldly combining techno rhythms with lush
progressive trance melodies, and topped with edgy vocals that take you to that
other place. It caught the attention of Armin again, and was added to his
prestigious A State Of Trance 2021 compilation. Blurring the boundaries between
genres, they describe their sound as “Uplifting Techno”, and did not disappoint
with follow up singles ‘High’, ‘Hysteria’, and ‘Gasoline’, which all became fan
favourites on Spotify and added to Trance Mission playlist.
Having just collaborated with the one and
only Ferry Corsten, and currently working on their debut album for 2023, Crowd+Ctrl
are here to stay, expanding on their idea of making unconventional, intriguing
music that lays waste to any dancefloor.
