DENSE & PIKA TOUCH DOWN ON ARMADA MUSIC WITH ‘BUGZ’ (FEAT. RAWFOX)

February 24, 2023 – British outfit Dense & Pika have returned to Armada Music with an original piece of studio output that means business. Following their early-2022 remix of Lufthaus’ ‘Sway’, ‘Bugz’ (feat. Rawfox) marks the duo’s first solo record on the label.

Partly used as a percussive element, Rawfox’s vocal spearheads this club-tailored production from Dense & Pika. Dark, hypnotic and unfalteringly boisterous, ‘Bugz’ is all set to become a staple fixture in the underground scene.

We had been working with Marlon (Rawfox) for a while and were huge fans of the vocals on his ‘Hit EP’ from last year. We were talking with him about his next release for us and fired over a really drum-heavy workout tune that was already popping off in clubs. He instantly hit us back with this super catchy vocal and that’s how ‘Bugz’ was born. It made perfect sense for this track to be the first of a few coming out on Armada Music this year; they really understand the vision for these tracks, so it's great to have them behind us.  Dense & Pika
